• We do ship worldwide (without exclusions) via Regular post, EMS, FedEx, TNT.

  • Few words about each shipping option:
  • Regular post (small packet) – up to 2 kg. Total length of 3 sides – up to 90 cm. Longest side – up to 60 cm.

    Regular post (parcel) – up to 20 kg. The sum of the length and perimeter of the largest cross-section is not more than 200 cm. The maximum side is not more than 105 cm (in fact ~160 cm). For example, a spoiler or an exhaust kit can be sent by this shipping option.

    EMS – up to 30 kg (20 kg to Australia, UK, Argentina, Israel, Spain, Poland). The sum of the length and perimeter of the largest cross-section is not more than 300 cm. Any side is not more than 150 cm (in fact ~170 cm).

    TNT - almost no size/weight limits but there is a value limit of 200-400 eur for each shipment. Counts shipment volume and weight for price calculation.

    FedEx – almost no size/weight limits but customs declaring is required (needs to be discussed individually). Counts shipment volume and weight for price calculation.

  • Items over 30 kg or few items which can’t be combined (e.g. heavy air conditioner and fragile spoiler) can be only sent by TNT/FedEx shipping options as they accept multiple pieces in one order. Please contact us for shipping costs.
  • Orders can be also splitted into few parcels to be sent separately by Regular post or EMS.
  • Please bear in mind that fragile and/or expensive items should be only ordered with TNT/FedEx shipping options as they are the only ones which provide normally working insurance service.
  • Unfortunately the existing shipping calculation mechanism does not allow to cover all the details. This may affect shipping costs (especially for orders over 20 kg which is the limit for Regular post and orders sent by TNT/FedEx which count parcel volume for calculation). So if you feel the shipping costs are incorrect or too high, please contact us. We will try to find the best and the cheapest shipping solution for you. The price stated in the listing may also be less than the real shipping cost. We reserve the right to ask for extra pay or (if you disagree) to refund your order. We kindly ask you to be understanding in case of such unexpected inconveniences.

  • We usually ship twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays. TNT and FedEx are sent every day.
  • The seller provides tracking numbers for each order after their shipping. Customers for their part are obligated to track the order and independently receive the goods from the delivery point. If the order returns to the seller as being non-collected (by any reason), customer is obligated to repeat the shipping payment. In case the customer rejects to pay for re-shipping of the order, he has to pay restocking fee according to the “Returns” topic.
  • We respectfully request that you check the safety and assortment of the items received in the order right away at the post office/next to your house door when the carrier brings it etc. It is required in cases something goes wrong (the possibility is 0.1% but it can happen). To claim the shipping companies for compensation we need an official paper (an accident report) otherwise we will not be able to prove the damage/loss happened during the transit of your order.
  • You might be obligated to pay import/customs taxes. As we are not experts in law of your country so please try to find how it works in your country yourself. On your request (to reduce possible taxes) we can lower the value of the goods but it will be done at your personal risk. Note that it may unexpectedly result in possible insurance cost equal to the value of the goods.
  • Some of our parts may be located in remote warehouses around Russia and their transit to us might take extra few working days. Please note that sometimes items may slightly differ (colour, composition etc.) from the pictures as manufacturers sometimes update their products. Please also note that new old stock chrome parts (e.g., bumpers) are over 30 years old and were sold as a spare part so they might have storing minors. We kindly ask you to be understanding.
  • In case of contingencies such as war,  pandemic etc the orders might be delayed until such cases would not end.
