One of the most important roles in the process of filling the engine cylinders is performed by the cylinder head. In the production of a standard LADA cylinder head, some inaccuracies are allowed and done very often such as wrong shape of the channel, runout of the chamfer of the valve seat relative to the guide bushing, poor-quality processing of the landing plane to the cylinder block. LADA Moscow has conducted many studies to refine the shape of the LADA cylinder head channel. The optimal shape of the channel for maximum filling of the engine cylinders was achieved using the SuperFlow purge stand (USA). Keep in mind that the intake manifold is also responsible for filling the cylinders. The LADA receiver provides maximum filling in the low and medium range of engine operation, so for the maximum output at medium and high engine speeds a sports receiver with shorter intake channels is required. Please note that the LADA throttle does not have the air capacity required by a forced engine, so it is recommended to replace it with a larger diameter throttle. When assembling an engine, you should take the choice of spare parts very seriously. Even such small things like valve seals, LADA cylinder head gasket and even sealant can play a crucial role in the operation of the LADA engine. Modification of the gas turbine power plant on LADA is a very complex and high-tech process that requires expensive equipment.
